All I need to say is just Whoa! This is fantastic! It's Amazing to see that your hand drawing turned into a Brilliant Art work! The colors are Great, the character design is the best! The shading you have done totally makes it look like an actual anime! Also the neko ears and tail is so cute it reminds me of miyuki from lucky star!

To be honest I can't see what you need to work on... (I mean that it's so Amazing that I can't see any faults!)
