And now for my critique: I don't think that when you're using colored pencils you should do in a zigzag line. When using them, color them in small circular movements. And as for the skin, never use only colored pencil and harden their lead when shading. Use a varieties of colors to the skin ranging from lightest base to darkest base (I can't explain much about skin colors, but take a look at references of any different skin colors and observe the use of its colors on every layer).
Her hair looks fine. Even it has to be white (I'm not sure if its light silver but please correct me), add more shadings to its strands.
